5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe kindergarten teachers are lazy, they blame their lack of skills on the students who are 5 years old or younger. Three weeks into the school year and talking about putting 5 year old on "Behavriol plans", but yet nothing is done about the bullying or other students assaulting eachother. There are other, better options, go with them. The teachers feel that it is not their jobs to teach fundamental social and behavriol skills when that is the point of kindergarten. Maybe instead of reprimanding babies, hold teachers accountable. This is why schools are losing funding, why pay someone for doing the bare minimum?Parent Review7mo ago6 Reviews - Prairie Norton Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has great potential, but needs to tie up a few "loose ends". Communication between teachers and parents could be a lot better. Teachers have access to a website that they could update on a regular basis for this purpose, but most don't bother. It makes a bad impression on anyone looking into the school, and makes parents ask themselves why administrators don't pay attention to little things that make a big difference. I'm envious to see websites that even some public schools/teachers use to communicate with parents and students to keep everyone informed about daily activities, including what's happening academically (not just fundraisers, etc). I expect a little more from a private school.Parent Review15y ago1 Reviews
