    "There are ponds and pools here so children underage should always be accompanied by an adult. There are times when pet owners do not have pets on a leash and to keep everyone safe someone older should be around. "

    "People don’t always pick up after their pets. When walking you have to watch where you walk even though they supply bags for you at several different locations. Some people also don’t realize that there are leash laws in effect and there are times when the animals come to sniff you. "
