    "I used to be a very close community. However over the years it has taken a turn for the worst. I'm hopeful it will improve but fear it will get worse before it gets better."

    "The area is a jewel in the rough. Great location with easy access to the highways and still only 5-10 minutes from downtown. Neighbors are great and polite and plenty of dogs taking walks with their owners daily. "
