"Pleasant Ridge is a great and easily accessible part of Cincy; however, there are a lot of speeding issues in this area - so you have to stay very aware of how others around you are driving... "

"The majority of dogs are picked up after. Most owners know their pets well enough to politely stop where a parked car can block the view of a dog that likes to bark."

"Area is absolutely wonderful, especially families, but this complex is dirty, infested, and loud... difficult for anyone working from home right now or have children virtual. Neighbors in the complex are loud. Not worth the amount of money. But I absolutely love the area and it continues growing ! "

"Access to public transportation is easy. I don’t commute to work so I can’t speak to average commute times, but the distance is short and takes 15-20 minutes to reach downtown under normal conditions driving. "
