"I live in an apartment building with street parking. I have a quick drive down the street to class on Cincinnati State campus, and about a 15 drive to the east side for work. Clifton is a great central location to many areas of Cincinnati. "

"There’s a lot of dog owners and lots of different types of people. All dogs are leashed on walks and it’s a “dog friendly” atmosphere. "

"Ludlow always has something going on on the little eating address across from Graeter's. I just saw a comedy show there a month or two ago. "

"pathways are clean and so it is easy to see if dog owners do not clean up there are no Parks easily accessible and so if that isn't a problem walking around the neighborhood is fine"

"We live in a rental in a 500k home neighborhood which we could never afford to live! (Not Clifton heights) It’s lovely, mostly older families but kids too. We love the walkability to Ludlow and proximity to Northside and while still feeling safe! The homes are beautiful. "

"Everyone has a dog, the whole reason I got one was because I saw so many here. And it’s safe to walk them at any hour"

"Unless you’re past MLK (in the ludlow area) Clifton is not ideal for families or mature members of society. Anything close to campus is filthy and unsafe!!!"

"Easy highway access to downtown (5 min) or go through Clifton heights (8 min). Or the 17 bus is an easy one to jump on back and forth from downtown. "

"There are plenty of dogs and friendly people on the sidewalks. The lawns are well kept with lots of old shady trees. The sidewalks are generally well maintained. Some shops put out bowls of water for dogs. There are plenty of places to walk and take your dog with you. There is a vet within walking distance and several places to purchased dog food and supplies."

"Rented here for 5 years and I wish there were more options for first-time home buyers in an affordable price range (it’s a high rental market), but Clifton Gaslight is a wonderful area with all your basic necessities in walking distance from most residences. There are some interesting characters that you’ll see frequently and some streets are more prone to vandalism but overall it’s a lovely area with eclectic houses, a few parks, and a ton of amenities nearby. Very dog-friendly and I see a lot of families with young children."
