"The Flower District in Chelsea has many street side products from sellers that are heavily monitored so dogs do not pee on the shrubs, flowers and trees."

"Chelsea is great. It’s centrally located and convenient to Penn Station for when you want to get out of city. I love how diverse it is. Lots of great small restaurants and less than 10 minute walk to Hudson Yards. "

"I am new in this area but I love it. They only problem for me is that we do not have parking spaces available, and if you find one is really expensive. Hopefully they can create more affordable spaces "

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child came to PS11 as G&T after attending a different public school the year before. I have been amazed at the community feel, the opportunities for children (and parents) and the way that each faculty member truly respects each student as a learner. I am currently unemployed so I availed myself as a parent volunteer for the fall festival and as a volunteer art teacher for the Young Artists 8-week program. My child is also on the PS11 chess team. I was added to WhatsApp groups for each of these and one for all of the parents in our class. One Friday each month, parents are invited to come to the child's classroom for 30 minutes at drop off to see what they are working on. The school has a library, a playground, a garden, and chickens! Our other school had none of those things. This is truly a place where it is exciting to learn. Our teacher sends slides of lesson themes each week on ClassDojo to keep us parents informed. I couldn't ask for a better learning environment.Parent Review3mo ago13 Reviews - Ps 33 Chelsea Prep

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageChelsea Prep raised me in a world of kindness and guided me with the teachers who taught me how to do the right thing. The community is such a key factor of the school and is one thing that cannot be overlooked because once you experience it, it’s hard to forget. The teachers fight for you yet teach you how to fight for yourself! They teach you everything you need to know and everything you want to know. I owe the person I am to them.Other Review1mo ago68 Reviews - New World Educational Center

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe best thing about the school are the students. Admin and leadership have no clue about what is going it on in the classroom, and that is most importantly because of the incompetence of the school head and co head. Rarely would see any of them inside a classroom. HR is non- existential too, good luck having them try to fix any crucial issues in the school. Staff are clicky and toxic, leadership would favor a few teachers and let them run whatever the heck they wanted to. Overall, this school isn't great save yourself time and money and look for a better establish institution.Teacher Review7mo ago46 Reviews - New York Hebrew
