"There are many, many residents walking their dogs every day. We have three parks in the neighborhood. Dogs must remain on leash. People pick up after their dogs."

"Vista del Norte is by far one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city. Centrally located on the east side of the river, homeowners have no problems getting around without the gridlock of crossing the river. VDN is home to active families, working professionals, retirees, and newlyweds that take pride of ownership seriously. VDN is connected to the bike trail network and is a short bikeride away from the Jefferson. 2 city parks and nice walking paths add to the amenities. We have one of the best neighborhood associations in the city - defeating Wal-Mart and preserving the 22 acres on our south border for a city park and balloon fiesta. You do not see the typical junk around our neighborhood that you see in so many others. In the evening you see couples walking their pets on our walking paths or riding their bikes. We are 2 minutes from the El Pueblo Rail Runner station and a couple of miles south of the Balloon Fiesta Park when our skies explode with color in October. Home prices are very stable due to our location and have continued to have modest increases over the years due to our superb location, location, location. I am very proud and lucky to call Vista del Norte home! "
