"It has a nice park,library, dog park, and walking/bicycle trail, and very close to Sprouts, Albertson, Dion’s Pizza , within 3-5minutes drive I would say. Neighbors are friendly, and stay on top of their yard maintenance etc. It has also close to I40 and Montano, great school zone !"

"Recently moved here. Nice quiet neighborhood, little traffic because of the street design. Lots of trees everywhere, and lots of birds, even some quail. There are coyotes around, too, so need to watch for your small pets"
