    "Great Place for Boaters! Friendly family oriented community. On 4th of July the party music blends in the streets. Boat parade every year. Great year round each season brings a different vibe. Nice seasonal decorations!"

    "my commute to school is about a 45 minute drive through town and up the parkway. It would take me at least 15 minutes to go through town to get to the parkway."

    "Super easy. So close to almost everything. 20 minutes to manahawkin 30 mins to Atlantic City. Busses come and have several different spots to pick people up at. "

    "There are good and bad areas as with any place you live. Have lived here for many years. The one drawback is lack of public transportation and things for teenagers to do ( no move theatre, bowling alley, etc) "

This house is within short walking distance to restaurants ,a famous bait and tackle store,a barber,ice cream shop, a Doctors office,news stands, a marina with top rated mechanics and a great deli.
