"Great location… near parks and recreation, and the picturesque village of Lawrenceville, plus well located for commuting with easy access to I-295, Route 1 and local train stations."
  • T Smith
"Very nice neighborhood convenient to I-295 and to local train stations for commute. Safe area. Quite neighborhood. Walkable to parks…I’m walking distance from a great park with play grounds, sports fields, walking trails, and a dog park, plus a short drive from more recreational areas. "
  • Ravi B.
"I work in NYC. 12 minute drive to Hamilton Station. Easy parking, always get a great seat. Been doing for 12 years. Other than the occasional train delay, no complaints."
  • Tracy S.
"Neighborhood is walkable to recreational and natural spaces, such as a park and the Lawrenceville-Hopewell trail. It’s also near a historic Main Street district with local businesses."
  • Elisa N.
"It has a cute downtown area and prices are affordable even with a close proximity to Princeton. It has great restaurants. "
  • Corey C.

"People are genuinely friendly around here. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. The schools are great. Very welcoming and warm community vibe among families. "

"It's a very pretty area with a lot of open land with trails for walking, biking, horseback riding. This open land is part of Mercer County Parks, and it's expansive. Lawrenceville is a quaint village with nice restaurants and eateries, but not a whole lot. The community is very nice, overall. You are in a great location, if you like a country, rural feeling...but, are not far from I95 and major transportation to NYC and Philly. Princeton is 6 mi north and Trenton is next city south. Lawrenceville Prep. School is about 2 mi. into town. It's a quiet, peaceful and quaint area with some farms, antique homes and a lot of history. I love it."
