6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWith a background in education myself, I am extremely happy with the education my children are receiving. The principal and vice principal are two of the most involved, approachable, friendly administrators I have ever seen. The principal knows the students on a first name basis. My children transferred into the school mid-year and were welcomed with open arms and have loved all of their teachers. School is what you make of it though, and if parents aren't involved in their children's learning at home, you surely can't blaim the teachers. Imo, this is by far one of the best schools in the district.Parent Review5y ago13 Reviews - Sylvia Rosenauer Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love Rosenauer! I’m so happy my kids go there. I would be devastated if we were ever re-zoned. The teachers and entire staff are amazing! My daughter has been attending for 5 years and will begin her final year there soon. My youngest will start her 4th year there in the fall. While it’s a small school (the smallest in the district), it’s a mighty school with so much heart! Class size is small and kids gets the attention they need to grow! I remember when we registered for kindergarten thinking ‘oh this school is old and small, and not as “nice” as Crawford’, but I soon realized that was the superficial stuff that wasn’t really important. My kids don’t care that the sink figures are old or that the building isn’t huge, they care about their teachers and classmates. I’ve learned that the important stuff is about the interactions my children have day in and day out! We’ve had such a rewarding experience being apart of Rosenauer! The principal, Mr. P, is fair, kind and supportive. The teachers are helpful and really wonderful.Parent Review4y ago4 Reviews - Howard C Johnson Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school looks like a cinder block prison. The teachers are woefully underpaid-that is why tuition is so low-and they are not experienced and turnover is high. The morale is nice but that does not make up for poor teaching. My son went from here to private school and he was at least one year behind his peers. You get what you pay for.Parent Review8y ago12 Reviews - Mother Seton Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur child has attended the school for many years now and we love the spiritual and academic formation he is receiving. I taught for many years and haven't had as positive an experience as we've experienced being part of this community.Participating in sports has been great because he is encouraged to not only do his best but to cheer for others too. With regard to bingo, it is illegal to compensate families in any way for working scheduled shifts. Anything done for families at other schools should never have taken place.Parent Review7y ago19 Reviews - Liberty Christian School
