My kids have had a great experience at Southwest. The block schedule moves through the material more quickly, but students then have only 4 classes at a time to keep track of. There is pretty even focus between the arts and athletics. The administrators are approachable and expect the best out of each student. My daughter graduated with about a year of college credit and friends from around the world. Also, this school just won an award for its unified programming.
