"Location is walking distance to Whitaker Elementary School, 3rd house on left North of Buena Vista Traffic light. It is in the prime location of Buena Vista. Convenient to downtown, hospitals & shops. It is almost like one level living - only a few steps from garage to main level. i.e. Lower level is also above ground. Main level has crawl space which has very good height, perfect for storage area. Backyard is great for both kids and pets in separate fenced in areas, if desired. Directly across from Million $$$ estate!"
