    "This part of town is just great and the new Cross City trail is nearby too! You have immediate access to Wrightsville Avenue, S. College Road, Eastwood and Oleander/Military Cutoff Rds. Breeze to the beach via Wrightsville Ave and avoid all the traffic of Eastwood and Military Cutoff. "

    "I built a house here and lived in it since. This house is a home and the neighborhood is safe. A great neighborhood for anybody especially couples maybe with children and pets. Situated behind UNCW and Cape Fear Hospital and only 2-3 miles from the beach."
