It is my understanding that talking is not allowed even at outdoor field trips. It is not allowed at lunch. Granddad missed lunch with granddaughter because he did not see her. She was afraid to call to him or wave, He drove 100 miles just for that lunch. Communication between teachers and parents is lacking. And since when is sitting on your feet an offense requiring pulling strips. Is this a socialist school.
