    "Dog owners would hate that there are so many cars parked everywhere. Walks are impossible. Yards are small and not enough room for a full sized dog to play. "

    "We bought this home as a starter home and have fell in love with the location. Literally minutes to downtown Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Raleigh, Briar Creek and RTP. Minutes to Duke and UNC, all major highways and interstates and the airport/train. Convenient to shops, eating, music, parks, work and play! All the benefits of living in the city with all the benefits of living just outside it. Friendly neighbors, very close to the city with a very suburban feel and with access to all public services!"
