    "Fairfield is a wonderful neighborhood for all family types. There are families with children, retired couples, and singles. It is quiet with a lovely community area that includes a pool, playground, tennis courts and clubhouse."

    "This neighborhood is central to the triangle and close to everything. Neighborhood is very walk able and AT&T is across the street, with bike trail to Southpoint Mall. The demographics are very mixed and the community is friendly. We love families in my neighborhood and watch out for each other. It is a safe and active community, close to everything but with decent sized lots and mature trees, so lots of cool shade."
