    "The large lots in this wonderful neighborhood offer privacy while the neighborhood itself offers community. With semi-annual neighborhood cookouts and wide streets that welcome walkers, it's a great place to live. The convenience to Duke (walk to basketball games from your home!) and the Al Buehler trail are a huge plus. The variety of home styles makes the neighborhood interesting."
