"Cannon is next door. Your kids can just walk to the school. Safe neighborhood for the most part except we did have a break in last year. This neighborhood and the one next to our had a rash of violence but it’s better now. "

"Concord and Charlotte traffic is horrible. Commute times are horrible. Drivers tail gate and are aggressive. I see accidents every day-multiple ones. And the area is getting busier every year. "

"Mature trees, bigger lots than new developments. Walking distance to Cannon School (private). Has a community pool."
