"My neighborhood has great access to I485 and I85 and is also very close to downtown. Traffic isn’t bad when getting home traffic is usually going the opposite direction."

"I live here and have lived here for 17 years. I like this area because there is a good mix of everything, shopping, eateries, outdoor adventure and still there is enough space to breathe. Unlike over priced areas of Charlotte like Dilworth or Plaza Midwood where you would have to pay upwards of $200 K for a crackerjack box of a house with no yard and traffic adding to the noise pollution. Homes out here are still reasonably priced and it's quiet enough to hear yourself think."
