    "it is 7 minutes from downtown with light traffic. Although that is considered for the weekend only. During the week with school buses add to the roster it would take 10 to 12 minutes. "

    "The food bar down the street from me have events all the time but it’s for the older people such as 40’s and up so I’m not sure but everything else they don’t have special events for the neighborhood."
