What Locals Say about Cooper Park

  • Hannah.jacobsma
"Walking or biking - I rarely drive except to pick up groceries at Rosauers. But other times I walk to the coop. I walk to work, and I walk for fun. I drive to go fishing or hiking. My commute is easy and right now I love at home, so no commute necessary. I love it"

"Live in the neighborhood. About 50% owned, and 50% college rental block which sometimes get noisy on weekend nights with college parties. Greg skating, tennis, dog, outdoor parks nearby (Southside and Cooper park). Near elementary schools, and one of Montana's best school systems. "

"We live here with family, and several other families in the area."
  • NA
"This is a perfect area for families with kids, however college rentals with absent landlords are taking over slowly over the last 20 years. Safe, two parks (Southside and Cooper) within four blocks, skating, tennis courts, and two Elementary schools nearby. Quiet, except on Saturday party-night for college kids when it gets noisy after bar hours 2AM. Churches, small grocery store (Joe's Market), two gas stations, convenience store, and Pickle Barrel (sandwiches), Columbo's (pizza / pasta) and Kinkos nearby within 5-10" walk."
