    "This is one of the best decisions my husband and I made, to move to the Pecan Acres community. The pecan tree lined streets are just adorable. The neighbors wave hello, and the children are respectable. We left North Jackson and have NOT looked back, nor missed it. With us being a stone's throw away from Byram, this was a great choice. I can walk or ride my bike in the neighborhood, undisturbed and my son just loves the huge front and back yard we now have! There's no loud music blaring from cars, no ghetto or hood activity and most of all, I am not in abject fear of being robbed or shot, just going along with everyday life! The natural feel and look, the greenery during the Spring and Summer, it's just a wonderful location!"
