"There's lots of kids of all ages around and everyone tries to get along. kids play outside and ride bikes and scooters in the neighborhood all the time. it doesn't look the best aesthetically around here but the people really aren't bad. "

"keep your kids in eye sight and close to you. there is a lot of drug addicts and alcoholics, as well offenders. I do not consider this area safe! we are moving due to this. "

"Living so close to the park there are constantly people out at the park. With that being said our dogs who are outside are constantly being disrupted and causes them to bark. "
