    "We love our neighbors. Everyone is nice and respectful. Nobody bothers you here. We watch out for one another in the neighborhood. Very peaceful and across the street is open land and trees and small park and the tree-lined street to the west has a beautiful sunset at night. Perfect street and neighboorhood."

    "low crime, well-established homeowners, Kaufmann charter school 5-12th grade is one of the best schools in the city, strong neighborhood coalition, lots of redevelopment taking place, 3 mins from waldo, 7 mins from brookside 10 mins from plaza 15 from downtown, very diverse, I love Marlborough Heights! also, property value has rapidly increased over the last 3yrs...get in while it's still affordable!!"
