5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy boys love this school and their teachers. They are excited daily to discuss what they learned and what their specials are. Their teachers email weekly updates and send out daily updates in their binders that the boys bring home in their backpacks. They are exposed to a multitude of cultures and lifestyles and the teachers are truly invested in their academic progress.Parent Review3y ago12 Reviews - Oakhaven Montessori School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI initially knew next to nothing regarding Montessori education. My wife and I started researching it around the time we were ready to send our first child to pre-k and while we were searching for schools. The self-directed, hands-on learning sounded right for our kid, so we decided to book tours with a couple of Montessori schools in our area. Oakhaven stood out - the classrooms/kids were calm and happy, the grounds were spacious and cozy, and the staff were warm and hospitable. Fast forward six years, and we are so glad we decided to send all of our kids to Oakhaven. The teachers and staff are truly committed to guiding our children on their respective learning journeys. They have been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Each of our kids have presented with their own, unique challenges that the staff have helped us work through. The kids speak highly of their teachers and are actually excited to go to school (which wasn't the case for me!). It's been a joy to watch them grow and flourish at Oakhaven. The school is small (although, growing!) and the community is excellent. There are lots of of opportunities to volunteer with the school and socialize with other families. The only challenge we have is the high cost of Montessori education (not exclusive to Oakhaven), though I can honestly say it's been worth every penny for us. There really isn't anything more important than investing in your child's education - and with Oakhaven, you can be sure they're getting a top-tier education in a safe, welcoming environment.Parent Review1mo ago1 Reviews
