    "I began looking for homes here originally because it was close to my work but quickly fell in LOVE! It is a well established area with beautiful, large trees (unlike with all these new developments) and very well maintained. I immediately imagined going on walks with my son (even walking distance from a park) and the school district is one of the best in Columbia. Plus, it is near the I-70/ H63 interchange. "
