    "We have lived in the area for over 30 years. There is a long standing neighborhood organization - lots of children - grandparents who actively participate in activities throughout the year. Especially love the connections to bike trails, getting downtown by bicycle safely, and within an hour on the Cedar Lake trail, also, the freeway access is super duper. The SouthWest quadrant in 15 minutes and downtown in less ! The Northern Suburbs is a snap - and Ridgedale, coffee shops, Trader Joes within walking distance - now Whole Foods close by gives a neighborhood a raison de' etre. Come on live in Kilmer Pond !"
