"Mostly all dogs are welcomed when just walking and visiting but living here a lot of places say NO PETS or small dogs/cats only, but mostly NO PETS OR PAY A MONTHLY MORTGAGE as rent."

"I see dog owners walking their dogs past my house. And almost all the time they take care of their dogs and make sure that they don't disturb me."

"Wide variety of families from young to old with several homes with children. Many parks and playgrounds within walking distance. This neighborhood is easily walkable. There are grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, coffee shops,toy store, school, hospital and parks all within walking distance of 1 mile or less. It is the greatest location in Rochester, we love living here! "

I am a former student from folwell. I had to transfer schools after second grade since I had a very traumatic experience at my other school. Folwell was very welcoming and accepting of me when I transferred, which is relieving since I had dealt with constant bullying from the students from my other school. I absolutely loved the environment this school had. I felt safe here which should be expected but given my past experiences it was a surprise to me. The students are very well mannered and they were all nice to me even though I was different.
