    "This neighborhood and more specifically this street will I'm sure go down in history as the best place I've ever lived. The neighbors are top notch and really friendly. The location can't be beat, the greenbelt, the river, HyVee and the Rochester buses are all walking distance even in the snow. The street is quiet and the amenities are easy to spot and abundant."
