8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIts a privilaged school. Most the parents are snobby and stuck up and raise their kids the same way. I see bratty kids telling their parents what to do. It's very clicky and if your kids doesn't like lieing, picking on others, and being shallow they will be alienated. This is in 2nd grade remind you. My child finally fit in when she started talking back to adults more and lieing. When she upheld basic respectful morals, she did not fit in there. We moved out of the area and in 2 days, my child went from depressed, worring about if she look fat, and having to act mean to make friends, to happy, playful, and back to her normal self again. Honestly, if your not ritch and you instill morals, not bullying, and don't allow your children to boss you around tell you off, you won't fit in here. The staff I think want to help but what do you do when most of the parents have no touch of reality of the way their kids are acting. Shame on most of the parents of this district for raising such little brats. So, so glad to be out of prior lake. best move I could have made for my children.Parent Review7y ago5 Reviews - Living Hope Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son was enrolled in the class of a last minute hire teacher who constantly makes it clear she is overwhelmed. To make matters worse our son has come home multiple times with injuries from having sand thrown in his face and has even been picked up bleeding from the mouth. When we inquired, it took three days to get a response and the teachers basically denied anything happened. A week later at conferences the teacher states “he was punched in the mouth, you didn’t know?” When asked if it should have been reported she stated “yes, but I went home early that day because my live-in boyfriend got me sick”.She claimed there’s an “out of control” boy in the class and they are not sure what to do with him.On top of that she was so overwhelmed that she couldn’t even have the take home paperwork ready at conferences even with a full two days for MEA.It seems like they are understaffed and unprepared to properly take care of your children.I did speak with the principal who was apologetic, and offered to refund the money for the 3 days left this month, but the damage had already been done.Parent Review3y ago16 Reviews - Prior Lake Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs parents we have loved watching our children thrive academically and spiritually every year. We appreciate the Christian approach to education and encouraging godly behavior. The small classroom sizes allowing more one on one attention and close-knit families make for a welcoming learning and social environment.Parent Review7y ago3 Reviews
