    "There are the occasional stray dog in the area. I do see a lot of responsible pet owners walking their dogs on tight leashes. There are many dogs in the area, so everyone is used to them! "

    "I grew up in the Northmoor area. It was beautiful then but it has gone downhill unfortunately. Shootings, robberies are a routine thing. As much as it is beautiful the houses, the landscaping it has really gone down. It is sad. "
