    "This area is populated by college students. Lots of loud parties + drunk teenagers. A fun atmosphere for college kids, but a nightmare for families."

    "I think that 1324 Lafayette is a great place to live! I have lived here for 2 years now and I am getting ready to sign another lease. I love the apartments and the way they feel like home! I also LOVE that they are pet friendly!! I have looked at some of my other friends apts and they dont even compare! I recommend this place to everyone I talk to when they are apt shopping!"
