We’ve watched the area through the cities ups and downs... but in the last number of years especially, we’ve watched a community that has really had a true rebound. This area has a lot to offer as far as a variety of houses,in addition to a variety of lot sizes. This neighborhood directly, and conveniently, borders both redford and southfield; and is also just moments away from Farmington Hills, Oak Park, Ferndale, Livonia, Dearborn Heights, and more. Downtown Detroit is a brief trip down 8 Mile to M-10; or Telegraph to I-96."
