6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a gem. The teachers and staff are amazing, they care so much about the students and the community. None of the ratings make any sense to me because this school is a 10/10!!!!!Parent Review1y ago17 Reviews - Bainbridge Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Being poorly ran is an understatement. I have had one issue after another here, and the principal/vice principal do not offer any resolution. My five year old has been ignored many times when asking for help from staff and has caused her to have accidents. Today she came home stating no one would help her open her lunch. Her lunch! Juice was unopened and lunchable was untouched because she couldn’t open it. Not to mention she is almost legally blind in one eye yet passed an eye exam. How is this even possible ? The nurse stated she did not in fact see my daughter and only half of her testing was done which is why she “passed.” They try to pacify you but nothing ever improves. My daughter was being hit on by another student almost everyday, coming home with scratches on her arms as proof. It took multiple attempts to even speak to the principal and even longer for this child to be dealt with.Every instance has been brought to someone’s attention with no improvement. I would pull my kids out of this school if they didn’t ask to stay for their friends. They have been here the past three years and I am sick to think of what else will happen in the coming years.Parent Review3y ago2 Reviews - Perryville Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI did not want to see my grandchildren leave. They bloomed here after coming from one of the state's less-than-stellar school systems. They are now honor roll kids.Thank you Ms. Burns and Ms. Algier (sp?)!Other Review3y ago3 Reviews - Lighthouse Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe LOVE this school. Teachers care about the child, ensuring that each learns to the best of his or her ability, even children who learn differently. Parents are allowed to be as involved as they want to be, even up through high school. The headmaster is approachable and kind, genuinely wanting to help my children have the best experience possible. There have been many positive changes in the past year or so, and they are planning a new building sometime in the near future, at the Pleasant View Church site. The preschool has gotten much better with the new director; she is always improving the preschool. All of my dealings with her (I have two preschoolers and a grade schooler) have shown her to be compassionate and caring of my situation. The preschool is excellent, preparing students from birth through four-year-old program for kindergarten. Many children read by the time they leave the four year old program, and those who don't, read in the first couple of weeks of kindergarten. I would not put my children anywhere else, because no one would care about them so much.Parent Review11y ago2 Reviews
