"There is too much traffic and too few places to properly exercise a dog in this neighborhood. Many yards are large, and if properly fenced would be excellent placed for a dog to be able to exercise."

"Right near a church, can always hear the bells. A quiet place, some friendly people. Some. Everyone takes care of their yard. "

"One of the few areas in the city with detached single-family housing at affordable prices. Convenient to shopping, with Eastern Avenue and Merritt Boulevard just about a mile in either direction. Very quiet area, little traffic on side streets. People tend to take care of their houses and look out for each other."

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm a teacher at Highlandtown 237, and I find that working here is a positive and rewarding experience. The teachers are excellent, and that's a testament to the hiring ability of the administration. School leaders are very open and honest with the staff, and there is a genuine sense of caring and a friendly professional relationship in the building. Most students are willing and eager to learn, and I've enjoyed being a part of this community. I feel supported and while there will always be some difficulties, I wouldn't trade it for anything.Teacher Review3y ago - Sacred Heart of Mary School
