Phillips Point

First of all before I even sent my daughter here I walked in on Kristin (the secretary)which is never at her desk and takes very long to reply to emails....yelling at one of the kids there ...at the time I was picking up my friends daughter and my friend had recommended the place so I decided to give it a try !!!! My daughter went there for about a week then I was told she needed to do an allergy test and that she needed an epi pen for allergies which it's ok I went to the doctors got that done and got papers that Kristin sent me filled out by the doctor!!!!at that point I wanted to take my daughter out of there because I noticed the staff was very rude to the parents.I then Went back to the Hathaway with the completed forms (because my child begged me not to take her out because she made friends) when I went back the manager Joanne the only nice person i spoke to in the whole place gave me an extra form to bring to the doctor ok I did that two days later came back and Kristin said she needed an additional form filled out by the doctor ...AT THIS POINT I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE VERYYYYY UNORGANIZED JUST BECAUSE THERE IS PEOPLE LIKE KRISTIN WHO DOESNT TAKE HER JOB SERIOUSLY DOESNT MEAN THAT US PARENTS HAVE TIME TO BE GOING BACK AND FORTH BRINGING THESE FORMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO US ON THE FIRST PLACE ALL AT ONCE. So if you like having your toddlers getting yelled at because they have no knowledge of what's happening then this is a good place to bring your child to.
