West Pelham

At this school there is a huge amount of racism, homophobia, discrimination and xenophobic issues, many people I knew there have history of getting sexually assaulted and harassed while the teachers let it happen. Fighting and threats happen often. Lots of teachers don't follow accommodations for the students. Many families who ask for accommodations are rejected. This school is NOT what it says it is.

I do not recommend Pelham Elementary School. The administration feels very unorganized, and it doesn’t seem like the school’s funding is being used to directly benefit students or classrooms. Despite the high taxes in the area, very little appears to go toward improving educational support or resources. Unfortunately, this results in children not receiving the solid education they deserve whether or not they have learning challenges. The school needs serious changes in how it supports both students and staff.
