"It is near park and hospital. Looks like a nice neighborhood. Walkable to store and school. Beautiful houses. The parking isn't convenient for cars that I have seen, not many garage houses. "

"Lots of things to do in the area. there's restaurants at each corner and a big park to ride your bike, play sports, and walk your dog. often the annual feast takes place in this area. "
