Beverly Cove

This is our second year to attend St. Mary School-Beverly and it is still everything we had hoped for in the education for our child. The curriculum is impressive, ESPECIALLY compared to other schools we have visited in the area. The class sizes are smaller allowing the educators to offer quality time for each student. The teaching staff, principal, students & parents have really made our family feel like a part of the community. We are so fortunate to have found St. Mary school.

Our family has had an incredible experience at Shore! We have watched our son grow into a confident, curious, and compassionate learner—an experience that has truly exceeded our expectations.We believe what sets Shore apart is the strength of community and academic excellence nurtured by the outstanding teachers who lead with both expertise and heart. From day one, our son was welcomed into a learning environment where he is known, supported, and challenged. The relationships he’s built—with peers, teachers and administrators—have been central to his growth. Shore’s thoughtful approach to academics begins early, with a curriculum that is both rigorous and joyful. Strong foundational skills in literacy, math, and critical thinking are developed in age-appropriate, engaging ways, fostering a genuine love of learning.We’re deeply grateful for the transformative impact Shore has had on our son and our family. It has provided not just an education, but a community that cares deeply about who our child is—and who he is becoming!

The best summary came recently from our 13 year old son: "You know Dad, it's weird, but even the kids at my (public) school that get good grades, only seem to care about getting the right "answer." They don't REALLY care about learning what it is we're studying." That sentiment 100% comes form his nine years at Harborlight Montessori.As a family, our experience was phenomenal at this school, and we have all become life-long believers in the power of the Montessori Method of education. My wife and I probably said to each other at least several times each year: "How much better would have our own school experiences have been had we been to a school like this?"
