5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is an awesome school! I have one that attended from Pre-K that is now a high school freshman. I have another child that is in 3rd grade, and one that will be attending next year as a pre-k student. This school is about nurturing each child and building character. This is the best environment that focuses on achieving and doing their very best and being the very best.Parent Review7y ago4 Reviews - Berg Jones Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIdk who in their right mind would write something positive about this school. The principle is rude and don't care about nobody but herself. Nothing but females are employed,no make figures at all. The children are terrible and have no home training. They need to close this school down! Worst elementary in Monroe City ever!!!!!!!Other Review11y ago2 Reviews - Minnie Ruffin Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was enrolled in PreK-4 at OLF during the 2011-2012 school year and we both loved it! They always planned exciting events and stressed active parental involvement. Unfortunately, my son was diagnosed with Asperger's Disorder and delayed speech, and therefore, he needed special education services. Because OLF is a small privately-funded school, they do not have the financial resources to handle special needs students and the teachers can't give extra attention to those with learning disabilities because many of them don't have assistants/teacher's aids. For those reasons, I had to pull him from this small, intimate environment and place him in a public school (which, as it turns out, is also a great institution). Aside from that, I think OLF is a fantastic start for a child's development and academic career. Not only does it engage and stimulate a youngster's active imagination, it also gives him a strong spiritual foundation upon which he can base his beliefs and choices for the future.Parent Review13y ago4 Reviews - Prevailing Faith Christian Academy
