Toxic School Culture and Lack of AccountabilityThe current leadership at this school has allowed a highly toxic environment to develop. Instead of fostering a safe and supportive community, the principal tolerates bullying and actively models exclusionary behavior. This top-down approach is bringing out the worst in both the student body and the teaching staff, creating an atmosphere of division rather than education. When administration encourages students to alienate their peers, it compromises the emotional safety of the entire school. Parents deserve to know that the culture here does not prioritize student well-being or mutual respect.
