My son's 3rd-grade teacher has been fantastic in helping him work through his social and behavioral issues. His grades have improved immensely as well from just last year. It really has been a very collaborative effort between his teacher, the staff, the principal, my son, and myself. They've really gone above and beyond trying to help him succeed, and the lines of communication are unparalleled. I'm so glad we moved into Cessna's district over the summer. His old school wasn't bad at all, but it was nothing compared to Cessna.

I'm here to warn parents about the new teacher Mrs. Roth, she came from Mclean Magnet..she must of moved to Enterprise where her buddy Mrs. G the new principle is...but she is very impatient with children and has bad attitude and has her favorites...just becareful. Mrs. G and Mrs. Roth are buddy buddy.

From the little time we've been here, it does seem like the teacher my daughter has cares. I've talked to the principal a couple times and she seems like she wants to help. I do feel like they could do more for this school but it's the district in whole. I wouldn't put a low score for this school because even the Middle School my son goes to puts in this effort. I think they need more support. It seems like it lacks community so they have to work with what they have. I do have to say I'm not from this area.... so I might be used to something different. At our old schools when I dropped my kids off in the morning staff or teachers and the principal would be there. Greeting them as they walk in. Making sure the buses are able to pull in okay. Making sure that people aren't being irate, kids aren't getting run over. Their day didn't start when the bell rung, it started as soon as the first student stepped onto their campus. But it seems like they have a pretty normal school here compared to others.

I have had a child at Lewis for the last 5 years. I'm so glad I made this choice. The teachers care about the kids, it's a wonderful community and family atmosphere. We are going through changes, but I'm certain we'll be able to maintain the same caring, community atmosphere as well as striving for academic excellence for each child.

Ruth Clark Elementary is a great school with very caring staff members. Students are expected to meet high academic standards. The teachers care deeply for their students!

My son goes to preschool here and loves it! Excellent Curriculum based on christian principals! My son has only been there a month and has learned techniques for dealing with real life situations centered around a Godly perspective. He has learned about stories in the Bible, planets in the solar system, music, art, math reading, writing and much more!
