    "Topeka is considered a city with a small town feel, this neighborhood is one of the best in town. This home is two blocks from one of the best elementary schools in town, it also is located in a cul-de-sac which is very quiet and friendly. The homes are well maintained and the yards are well kept. The neighborhood is a combination of young families, and retirees. "
