"Everything you need is close. You still have that down to earth feel with all the trees, and numerous parks around every corner. Plenty of trails as well. "

"No one in the neighborhood has security systems, because it's such a safe area. Only blocks from Ranch Mart Shopping Center and close to 119th shopping and Metcalf shopping and restaurants. Shawnee Mission school district is one of Kansas City's best! Mix of families and retirees create an inviting atmosphere. Built in the 1960's, mature trees and bushes are a delight in any season."
