    "They would love it, right next to a big park and the neighborhood is very pet friendly. We have dogs and walk at the park all the time, we have a ice cream place in our neighborhood and the serve dog ice cream too. "

    "The park is amazing, we have a zoo in our neighborhood, and a water park and a minor league baseball field. The aviator games at the field are a lot of fun. They have events all the time like art at the park and boo at the zoo and a5k run. A lot of activity in our neighborhood."

    "The people who live here are middle class people who take pride in their community. Crime is basically non-existent; it is on major bus lines, close to major stores - Target, Walmart, two Payless (Krogers) in 3-mile radius, three hardware stores (Von Tobel, Home Depot, & Lowe's) in 3-mile radius. The Tippecanoe mall is also 3.5 miles away."
