    "This community is fantastic. It's close to shopping, schools and Geist. The community offers boat docks (based on availability) and there is a community pool as well. Very walkable neighborhood too. Also within walking distance you have a pharmacy, doctors, dentist, multiple restaurants, gym, grocery store, liquor store, pizza places, gas station and much more. It really is a great location without heavy traffic. "
