    "No wonder they call this the "best kept secret in Indianapolis". It is a gorgeous lake and the preserve can never be developed. I was told these homes never go on sale. Now there are two on the market. But they are way expensive and the surrounding neighborhood is bleak. The development needs to put up gates. Otherwise, if I had the money I would buy here in a heartbeat. It is 20 minutes from downtown and simply a slice of heaven. You'd have to go to Geist to find this view. "
