    "Association fees are too high, the parks need better maintenance but have gotten better. Won’t allow sheds, above ground pools or anything unapproved by the neighborhood association. I love the trails and sidewalks and the neighborhood is safe. I grew up here and have always liked this side of town. It’s safe and close to a lot of amenities "
