    "I have lived in the neighborhood for 17 years with my kiddos. Love our neighbors and esp love being able to access the river green way, several parks and downtown. If you dont have a car, there are several bus stops in the neighborhood. Walking distance to the fun festivals downtown. No intentions on moving. Great location."
